Respect for Intellectual Property

PickPundit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on PickPundit infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL where it appears
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent. The counter-notification must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of federal court.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. We encourage you to consult with a legal professional before filing a DMCA notice or counter-notification.
